STEP 1: REPORT YOUR CLAIM
After your vehicle is evaluated and the necessary insurance approvals are obtained, call us at (585) 334-0005 for an appointment.
*Pursuant to section 2610 of the insurance law, an insurance company cannot require that repairs be made to a motor vehicle in a particular place or repair shop. You have the right to have your vehicle repaired in the shop of your choice.
STEP 2: VEHICLE DROP OFF
An accident is stressful enough. If you’ve been in an accident, or your vehicle has damage you’d like repaired, we’ll work with you to get your vehicle here, so you can get back behind the wheel as soon as possible.
STEP 3: GET RENTAL CAR
Life doesn’t stop because of an accident. Keep moving with the help of Enterprise car rental, located just down the street from Garber Collision Center. Simply make sure the insurance company has a reservation submitted to Enterprise and when you drop off your vehicle we will call for them to come and “pick you up” and we can start working on your vehicle right away.
STEP 4: REPAIR YOUR VEHICLE
We’ll restore your vehicle to its original factory finish. As part of our commitment to you, Garber Collision Center is I-CAR Gold and ProFirst certified (Honda & Acura), providing the highest-quality repairs.
STEP 5: PICK UP YOUR LIKE-NEW VEHICLE
Once we’ve completed the repair for your vehicle, our Garber Collision Center team will contact you and invite you in for the final inspection and paperwork. Your service advisor will review the vehicle and repairs before completing the documentation and handing over the keys.
