No matter who your vehicle is insured through, Garber Collision Center can help you navigate through your insurance policy’s fine print. When your vehicle arrives at our shop, our on-site claims adjusters will ask for your insurance provider information, the insurance information of anyone who was involved in the accident, and the location where your accident occurred. This is a good time to provide an accident report if you have one available

Our team will then go over your insurance policy with you to determine if there’s any deductible that needs to be met and if your policy has rental reimbursement coverage. If you do and need a rental vehicle while yours is in the shop, we’ll help you secure a loaner vehicle and even shuttle you to the rental facility if necessary. Our on-site claims adjuster will then get to work assessing the vehicle’s damage and writing up an estimate to provide to your insurance company.

After we’ve gotten the estimate taken care of and sent to your insurance for approval, we’ll let you know if your insurance is paying our shop directly or if they’ll send the check to you and let you handle the bill. Once the necessary approvals have been obtained, we’ll get to work on restoring your vehicle to its pre-accident condition. Your vehicle will be looking as good as new and back on the road in no time at all.
